Tedx Ideal Indian School Youth was established as an idea put together by a group of passionate and ambitious young minds. With the help of our constant support through teachers and encouragement of our school management, we found our direction and transformed that idea into reality – creating a platform where fellow young minds can explore new possibilities, find new perspectives and share ideas worth spreading.

Theme — Vision Statement
A compass can be the people who guide us, the words that inspire us, or the experiences that shape us. In times of uncertainty, these guiding forces help us find direction, overcome challenges, and keep moving towards success. Through this year’s theme we encourage talks that explore how we find guidance, embrace challenges, and persevere even when the path ahead is unclear.
Full vision statement
Every journey has moments when we lose our way, but sometimes, the smallest things become our greatest guides-a voice that believes in us, a lesson that changes us, or a hand that lifts us when we fall. Through Compass, we aim to inspire people to find strength in uncertainty, turn setbacks into steppingstones, and keep moving forward even when success seems out of reach.
